Are you planning a Conference or Symposium?
I will be your dedicated project manager and work on your behalf to help make the meeting a success from inception through the end of the event. I will accomplish this by participating in your weekly status update calls. Working with you on agenda items to make sure we have the right audio visual equipment specified. Participate in site visits and vendor selection. I will negotiate to get the best discounts on your behalf for AV equipment and the most talented crew. I will be on-site for the load-in of your program, and act as an interface to direct the crew so you can focus on your content and client.
